Site Focus

Finding trustworthy off-campus housing near USC is a guessing game. Listings look polished, but students often learn too late that a landlord ignores repairs or withholds deposits. This site lets verified USC tenants rate the buildings and landlords they actually lived with, scored on safety, maintenance, value, and responsiveness. The data gets more useful every lease season.

Audience

USC students hunting for off-campus housing, especially first- and second-years leaving the dorms for the first time. Current tenants are a secondary audience, contributing reviews to warn or reassure the next renter.
